You will partner with Marketing, Vision Technology, and Global Digital teams to define roadmaps, drive customer engagement, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that enhance patient outcomes. This role requires 8+ years of experience and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital product leadership, technology management, or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale digital products and customer-facing platforms.
• Strong financial acumen, including portfolio planning, budgeting, and investment prioritization.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vision Americas Connected Experience platforms.
• Own and prioritize the Americas Connected Experience portfolio including budgeting and investments.
• Oversee end-to-end digital ecosystems for pros, consumers, and e-commerce with a focus on UX and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams of product owners, engineers, and designers to execute roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholders at regional and global levels and present business cases and metrics.
