Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with systems integration.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of Project Management or Process Management experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of Data Analytics experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with SQL or business intelligence tools (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with AWS (preferred).
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (preferred).
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and lead technical oversight, integration, and technical operations for corporate customers.
• Champion corporate partners and represent their interests with internal and third-party technical teams.
• Ensure quality customer service and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide timely, accurate, and transparent communications and counsel to stakeholders.
• Drive well-managed execution, rigorous risk management, and continuous process improvements through influence and negotiation.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements across customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct analysis, gain support, and drive solutions through influence and negotiation.
• Communicate across and up through partner and Capital One leadership teams.
• Analyze complex, interconnected business processes and systems to manage risks and ensure effective controls.
• Assist with Intent grooming so acceptance criteria and conditions of satisfaction define completion for agile delivery teams.
• Focus on quality, resilience, and performance of technologies and services used by partners.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to develop creative solutions and remove delivery impediments.
