Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Team Leader for the Advanced Branch Support (ABS) department to guide Relationship Managers who serve our top branch teams across the U.S. and Canada.

The role emphasizes providing high-touch, differentiated support and coordinating with the home office to meet client needs. The position requires Series 7 and at least five years of people leadership, with strong judgment, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers to deliver high-quality support to the firm’s top practices.
• Build strong partnerships across the firm, advocate for evolving practice needs, and influence outcomes that enhance the branch experience.
• Lead day-to-day operations, maintain performance standards, and use metrics, trends, and branch insights to drive team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner across business areas to advance process, technology, and service model enhancements that reduce branch effort and support growth and scalability of ABS.
