Job summary

Cprime seeks a Senior TBM and FinOps Solutions Advisor to drive strategic growth within the Enterprise Technology & Value Acceleration practice. This role serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning technology investments to business outcomes across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, and related domains.

The leader will own strategic pursuits, shape differentiated offerings, and enable go-to-market success, expanding Cprime’s market footprint and building a high-performing advisory team.

Qualifications

• 10+ to 15+ years of experience in technology consulting or internal delivery of ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and Strategic Portfolio Management services.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of practice building, solution development, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition efforts.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Develop compelling value propositions and executive-level proposals.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable technology and operating model solutions.
• Lead the design and evolution of ETVA offerings across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, Workforce Management, and EAM.
• Collaborate with delivery to build scalable, repeatable solutions aligned to client demand and platform ecosystems (e.g., Apptio).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Cprime at industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
