Cprime, a leading AI-first and human-centered partner, seeks a Senior TBM and FinOps Solutions Advisor to drive growth across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and related portfolios. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions, and guide multi-million-dollar client relationships.

The role blends strategy, sales, and solution development, requiring deep domain expertise, executive presence, and hands-on leadership to expand Cprime’s market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting or ITFM/FinOps/TBM-focused services.
• Proven track record in building solutions and driving revenue growth.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition within the ETVA practice.
• Develop and articulate differentiated value propositions and ROI for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with Global Delivery Teams to scale offerings and delivery methods.
• Mentor and build a high-performing advisory team.
