Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Manager for the TBM Platform and Cloud FinOps in Chicago. You will lead the TBM platform and Cloud FinOps Lead, translating TBM strategy into a practical roadmap while guiding a team responsible for Apptio modules, governance, and executive reporting.

Collaborating with CIO-level stakeholders and Corporate Finance, you’ll drive cloud cost transparency, FinOps maturity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience directing or partnering with Apptio TBM implementation.
• Strong understanding of TBM concepts and Apptio tooling.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in IT finance and cloud
• Experience with cloud cost allocation and FinOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead TBM platform and Cloud FinOps teams, setting priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate TBM strategy into executable plans with stakeholders.
• Oversee Apptio module build-out and data integrity.
• Mature cloud FinOps practices and drive cost transparency across teams.
• Partner with finance to integrate Apptio into enterprise reporting.
