Qualifications

• JD or LL.M (Tax) is required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience, including national tax office work or partnerships.
• Experience with LLC and partnership tax issues, allocations, liabilities, and profits interests.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues related to accounting methods, operating partnerships, LLCs, and more.
• Assist with tax structuring for M&A and internal reorganizations.
• Draft emails and memos for client communication.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current developments and contribute to firm-wide trainings.
• Collaborate with firm colleagues to deliver comprehensive tax advisory services.
