Qualifications

• JD or LL.M (Tax) required.
• 20+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with LLC/partnership tax issues and accounting methods.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues (accounting methods, LLCs, partnerships).
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails and memos.
• Draft firm-wide alerts on current tax developments.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
