Qualifications

• JD or LL.M (Tax) with 20+ years of federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with national tax office work, accounting methods, or operating partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of LLC and partnership tax issues, allocations and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues including accounting methods and partnerships.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructurings.
• Draft emails and memos, and firm-wide alerts.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings.
