Loenbro Group, LLC is seeking a Tax Director to lead all aspects of the corporate tax function from an on-site base in Las Colinas, TX or Westminster, CO. The role oversees federal, state and local compliance, tax provision oversight, and strategic planning across a multi-entity structure, interacting with CFO, CAO, FP&A and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field required.
• CPA or advanced tax degree (e.g., MST, JD/LLM in Taxation) preferred.
• Significant experience in public accounting, corporate tax, private equity-backed businesses or similar multi-entity environments required.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal, state, and local tax compliance for LLCs, blocker corporations and related entities.
• Oversee tax provision processes, including current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis, audit support and external disclosures (outsourced).
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, financings and restructurings in an acquisitive environment.
• Maintain entity management, registrations, tax elections and corporate records.
• Monitor tax law developments and advise leadership on impacts and opportunities.
• Lead relationships with external advisors and authorities.
