Job summary

Loenbro Group, LLC in Las Colinas, TX or Westminster, CO seeks a Tax Director to lead all aspects of the corporate tax function, reporting to the CFO. This on-site role oversees federal, state and local tax compliance, provision oversight, and planning for a multi-entity organization including LLCs and blocker entities.

The candidate should bring strong corporate tax expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to partner with finance, legal, and external advisors in a dynamic, multi-entity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field preferred.
• CPA or advanced tax degree preferred.
• Significant experience in public accounting, corporate tax, PE-backed businesses or similar multi-entity environments required.
• Strong expertise in corporate taxation, state and local taxation and tax accounting.
• Experience managing tax provisions, compliance processes, indirect taxes and complex tax projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal, state and local tax compliance for LLCs, blocker corporations and related entities.
• Direct indirect tax compliance, including sales and use, property, ad valorem and excise taxes.
• Oversee tax provision processes, current and deferred tax calculations, and external disclosures.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, divestitures and other strategic transactions.
• Maintain entity management, registrations, tax elections and corporate records.
• Monitor tax law developments and advise leadership on impacts.
• Lead relationships with external tax advisors, auditors and taxing authorities.
