You will collaborate across a matrixed organization, enable recruiters, and optimize talent acquisition programs while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition, recruiting, strategic sourcing, or related experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Experience utilizing recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and social media platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting best practices.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with recruiting systems and digital tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent sourcing initiatives and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage passive talent and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Manage sourcing projects across multiple business needs and track performance.
• Build talent communities through conferences, professional associations, and outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to create robust pipelines for critical skills.
• Co-lead recruiting events and hiring initiatives and manage candidate engagement.
• Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and digital assets to drive participation.
• Analyze event metrics and maintain documentation within TA systems.
• Deliver training to recruiters on sourcing strategies and tools.
• Support GFEs and compliant recruiting programs.
