Publicis Groupe is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to join its centralized Talent Acquisition Operations team. You will support hands-on sourcing across Marketing, Strategy, Media, and Account Management while partnering with stakeholders to pipeline and nurture candidates within our CRM.

You will implement tagging structures, optimize processes using ATS/CRM and AI tools, and collaborate with recruiting teams to fill open headcounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting, preferably in marketing/advertising.
• Experience building pipelines across marketing and account management roles.
• Familiarity with agencies or client services recruiting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify talent gaps and build sourcing strategies across Marketing, Strategy, Media, and Account Management.
• Partner with stakeholders to pipeline and nurture candidates in the CRM.
• Implement tagging structures to streamline outreach and tracking.
• Leverage ATS/CRM and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
• Support DEI initiatives and maintain strong candidate experience.
