Job summary

- Deep expertise in sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to manage searches and maintain pace and quality.
- Strong screening and assessment capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent mapping and candidate identification for executive searches.
- Build pipelines using market maps, LinkedIn Recruiter, and databases.
- Drive search execution from kickoff to candidate delivery.
- Identify emerging marketing talent beyond traditional networks.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to refine strategies.
- Conduct initial assessments ahead of executive team meetings.
