Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcer to drive CRM and pipeline strategies across Marketing, Strategy, Media, and Account Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build robust sourcing plans and nurture candidates using CRM, ATS, and AI tools, aiming to improve processes and outcomes for diverse candidate pools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, with marketing or advertising industry preference.
• 3+ years sourcing for Marketing roles from entry to executive levels (Account Managers, Directors, VP, SVP).
• Knowledge of recruiting professionals from industries such as CPG, QSR, Retail, Healthcare, Pharma, Technology.
• Experience recruiting for advertising or marketing agencies is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Apply company resources to identify talent gaps and collaborate with teams.
• Build sourcing and pipelining strategies across Marketing, Strategy, Media, and Account Management.
• Utilize CRM, ATS, and AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Develop diverse, inclusive talent pipelines and implement effective tagging structures.
• Partner with hiring teams to source candidates for active headcount and maintain candidate experience.
