Job summary

You will collaborate with hiring managers to optimize candidate experiences and manage HR administration. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 with additional performance bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications

• Tech-stack savvy.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring team members.
• Manage HR administration, onboarding, and documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions.

Skills

Expert-level proficiency with Lever’s Applicant Tracking System

Excellent communication skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices

Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
