Qualifications

Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present market intelligence and competitive data in a clear and meaningful manner.
Knowledge of the legal industry, law firm structures, attorney recruiting, and market trends preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, market research, analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience utilizing research platforms such as Leopard Solutions, Firm Prospects, Pirical, LinkedIn, Chambers, and similar tools.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; ability to produce reports/graphs.
Proficiency with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify prospective lateral attorney talent and target firms.
Use research platforms (Firm Prospects, Pirical, Leopard Solutions, LinkedIn, Chambers, firm websites) to develop talent maps and competitive intelligence.
Monitor attorney movement and market developments to identify recruiting opportunities.
Prepare reports to support lateral recruiting strategy and maintain recruiting databases and candidate records.
Coordinate all aspects of the partner interview process and candidate scheduling with search firms and attorneys.
Maintain recruiting records and candidate status updates in the firm’s tracking systems.
Collaborate with Senior Manager of Partner Recruiting and Head of Strategic Growth to facilitate interview logistics.
