Job summary

Spencer’s, a luxury boutique spa with flagship in SoHo, NYC, is seeking a Recruiting and Talent Partner to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for growth. You’ll own the PEO relationship, oversee HQ and onsite teams, and implement forward-thinking talent strategies to enhance the employee experience.

You will develop learning programs, strengthen employer branding, and drive retention with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Recruitment or HRGeneralist experience in a high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for onsite spa roles and HQ, managing a large requisition load with speed, accuracy, and prioritization; emphasis on Massage Therapist hiring.
• Build and sustain a proactive, high-quality talent pipeline.
• Perform ongoing market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategy and recommendations.
• Source top talent through diversified strategies.
• Partner with onsite leadership and Operations on headcount planning, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Drive seamless operations: postings, social content, interview scheduling, and all administrative recruitment tasks.
• Design and deploy creative attraction tactics to elevate employer branding and visibility as a top talent destination.
