Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
• 2–5 years HR experience with recruitment and development
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
• Data-driven talent analytics to identify pipeline or training gaps
• Strong relationship-building and active listening across all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and sourcing, in partnership with hiring managers
• Define role requirements and develop structured selection criteria
• Build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and partnerships
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews and offers
• Oversee onboarding and employee development programs, coaching and succession planning
