Job summary

Lenovo Morrisville, NC HQ seeks a Senior Talent OD Specialist to support enterprise-wide organization development initiatives within the Global Organization Development Team of WW HR. You will drive talent management, design analytics, and implement change initiatives across a global matrix.

This role requires a strong background in I-O psychology, 5+ years in talent/OD, and the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in I-O Psychology, behavioral sciences, HR, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting talent management, organization development, HR technology, or related business processes in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and execution in three or more OD disciplines (e.g., Talent Management, Org Design, Change Management).
• Support initiatives like Lenovo Listens, Voice of Employee, and Strategic Culture Alignment.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready reports to support stakeholder decision-making.
