Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Management Specialist to support enterprise workforce development and organizational effectiveness at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

This role serves as the primary advisor for human capital strategy while leading talent programs across the employee lifecycle, including planning, leadership development, succession, and engagement. The position also provides executive-level operational support, coordinating travel and ensuring processes align with mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in talent management or organizational development.
• 3+ years supporting senior government or corporate executives.
• Experience designing talent management programs including leadership development and succession planning.
• Experience advising senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies across workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Design leadership development programs, career progression frameworks, mentorship opportunities, and workforce plans.
• Analyze demographics, skills inventories, and trends to support data-driven decisions.
• Advise senior leaders on performance management, engagement, retention, and culture.
• Oversee office operations and administrative processes to support mission requirements.
• Provide executive operational support such as calendar management and briefing materials.
• Coordinate travel using DTS and ensure compliance with JTR.
• Manage office resources and liaise with IT and facilities teams.
