Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms.
• Strong Boolean search skills to surface passive talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build ready-now and ready-next pipelines.
• Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and GitHub.
• Build and manage segmented talent pools for high-priority, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide ongoing market insights on talent supply, competition, and trends.
• Translate market intelligence into sourcing recommendations for workforce planning.
• Maintain authentic relationships with prospective candidates throughout the process.
