Northrop Grumman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support Mission Systems hiring needs. You will source and prescreen top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to build targeted pipelines and ensure diverse candidate pools.

You will leverage LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, and niche boards, while applying agile recruitment methodologies. This role emphasizes collaboration, market research, and innovative sourcing strategies within a dynamic enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years sourcing experience, or 9+ years equivalent.
Experience sourcing diverse, technical talent across engineering and manufacturing.
Documented social media savviness with extensive online networks.
Preferred: cleared talent sourcing (Secret/Top Secret/SCI) within the DoD/Aerospace.
Ability to work in an agile framework and pivot priorities.

Responsibilities

Partnering with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring need, building targeted sourcing plans to pipeline diverse talent.
Cultivating relationships with key candidates and talent pools to convert applicants from non-active to active.
Researching market conditions and industry trends to assist decision-making and marketing positions.
Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, HireEZ, Indeed, Clearancejobs.com, social media, and search engines.
Leveraging networks to source candidates for active requisitions.
Capitalizing on social media to strengthen employment brand messages.
Embracing AI-powered sourcing tools for candidate sourcing and process automation.
Tracking day-to-day sourcing activity in ATS and CRM systems.
