Amazon’s Workforce Staffing Candidate Attraction team is seeking an experienced Candidate Attraction Strategist to drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives across our US operations. This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution.

You will develop cost-conscious attraction strategies, build partnerships with government agencies, and collaborate with Marketing, Public Policy, and HR to improve cost-per-hire and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Experience creating and executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience analyzing data to drive decisions.
• Experience contributing to high‑quality, high‑volume recruiting plans.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Knowledge of labor market dynamics, sourcing strategies, and candidate attraction methodologies.
• Experience in public policy and government relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies to optimize labor costs and maintain fill rates.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government officials, workforce agencies, and public sector organizations.
• Represent the team in stakeholder relationships across federal, state, and local levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Management, Workforce Intelligence, Public Policy, PR, and Employee Relations.
• Implement data-driven solutions to reduce cost-per-hire and improve candidate experience.
