Logic20/20 Inc. is seeking a Lead Talent Advisor to own full lifecycle recruiting across Digital Strategy, Grid Operations, and Commercial Operations. You will partner with managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and guide interview and selection processes to hire for high-impact roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success recruiting specialized professional and leadership talent.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-enabled recruiting technology.
• Experience recruiting across digital strategy/technology consulting, grid operations, or related fields.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and passive candidate engagement.
• Ability to advise and influence senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for positions across Digital Strategy, Grid Operations, and Commercial Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and interview processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and AI-enabled channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical, leadership, and business alignment.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle with a high-quality experience.
• Facilitate interview processes, debriefs, and offer development and negotiation.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
