Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/Talent Acquisition/Recruitment focused role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree: specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
• Commitment to providing a 5 Star experience for both internal team members and external candidates
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
• Willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency without compromising accuracy or attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
• Lever experience preferred
• Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide full life-cycle recruitment for all Spear open positions
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, social media
• Build talent pipeline through continuous sourcing and attending relevant events
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs of departments/clinics
• Develop relationships with career services staff at undergrad colleges and with DPT programs
• Recruitment system administration including daily oversight of applicants, system updates and training
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with Lever, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake to resolve issues within 24 hours
• Responsible for talent reporting: weekly/monthly recruitment reporting and turnover data
• Facilitate comprehensive training for new hiring managers
• Post jobs externally within 24 hours of opening notice
• Connect viable candidates with hiring managers within 24 hours of screening
• Respond to inquiries within 8 business hours
