Job summary

East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activities, attract qualified candidates, conduct screenings and assessments, and coach hiring managers through the interview and selection process, including processing new hire paperwork.

This full-time onsite role (M-F 7:30–4) offers a salary range of $59,797 to $77,138 and a comprehensive benefits package, with employer-paid medical insurance and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Understanding of HR concepts with emphasis on onboarding and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities to acquire professional talent.
• Attract qualified candidates and conduct screening interviews and assessments.
• Coach hiring managers through interview and selection process.
• Process new hire paperwork including Form I-9, E-Verify+, and fingerprint clearance card.
