Job summary

East Valley Institute of Technology is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and support hiring managers through selection. This onsite role runs M-F 7:30–4:00 with a 12-month calendar, offering a salary range of $59,797 to $77,138, placement based on education, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources/related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/talent acquisition/staffing experience.
• Understanding of HR concepts with emphasis on staffing and onboarding processes and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities to acquire high performing professional talent with a positive candidate experience.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to fill open positions and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews, administer assessments, and coach hiring managers through the interview and selection process.
• Process new hire paperwork including Form I-9, E-Verify+, and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
