Job summary

Valmont Industries is seeking a Recruiter to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR partners. You will drive full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance.

The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse business groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience with 3+ years in recruitment
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and offering extensions
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to work evenings/weekends for recruiting events
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles across multiple facilities
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for production and skilled trades
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling for candidates and hiring teams
• Partner with site leadership and HR partners to forecast hiring needs
• Manage candidate communications and experiences throughout the process
