Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, hiring processes in-house or in a professional agency.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday preferred.
• Experience using sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, networking sites, and professional organizations to attract passive and active candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
• Team-oriented with direct and indirect reporting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of open positions across Finance, Accounting, Operational support, Legal, Claims, and Underwriting.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation guidance, and recruitment best practices to hiring managers.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and initiate background checks.
• Actively source candidates through various methods.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and timely status updates throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers by understanding our business, products, and markets.
• Track candidate information in Workday and maintain up-to-date status.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure a best-in-class experience for new hires and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to TA processes, tools, and technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
