Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with hiring managers, shape talent strategies, and deliver a superior candidate experience. The role starts onsite in NE San Antonio with potential hybrid flexibility as the plant scales.

You will recruit across levels from shop floor to leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build IEM’s employer brand in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of similar talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting.
• Industrial manufacturing and/or construction industry experience recruiting all levels of employees from the shop/site floor up to plant/site leadership.
• Proven ability to assess candidates’ motivations, qualifications, and potential quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to meet business and talent goals.
• Develop macro and micro talent acquisition strategies for the business and positions.
• Educate hiring managers on TA policies to ensure engaging candidate experiences.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the TA process.
• Identify, attract, and assess talent while maintaining high service levels for multiple managers and candidates.
• Collaborate on onboarding, employee experience, and retention initiatives.
• Leverage data to influence decision making and hiring outcomes.
• Monitor labor market trends to inform talent decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
