Job summary

IEM is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will consult with Hiring Managers, develop talent strategies, and engage with candidates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

The role starts onsite in NE San Antonio with eventual hybrid flexibility as the plant progresses from startup mode. You will partner with business leaders, influence hiring decisions, and ensure compliant, effective end-to-end TA processes while supporting onboarding and

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• :Minimum of 5 years of similar talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting
• :Industrial manufacturing and/or construction industry experience recruiting all levels from shop to leadership
• :Proven ability to influence stakeholders throughout end-to-end TA process
• :Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to meet business and talent goals
• Develop and execute macro and micro TA strategies
• Influence stakeholders to follow TA policies and deliver engaging candidate experiences
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders including candidates, managers and vendors
• Attract, assess, and manage talent efficiently while maintaining service levels
• Collaborate on onboarding, employee experience, and retention
• Leverage data to inform decisions and monitor labor market conditions
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in TA processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
