Job summary

Thales Americas is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Austin team (Hybrid). You will own the full lifecycle for technical and senior roles, focusing on sourcing, assessment, and selection to attract passive candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with software engineering & sales experience.
• 2+ years of in-house corporate recruitment experience.
• 3+ years using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build strong relationships with executives, HR partners, managers and candidates.
• Drive outcomes in a large matrix environment with a proactive, performance-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and build action plans.
• Lead, model, coach and implement best practice selection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Champion the search-based Talent Acquisition process with heavy sourcing focus.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt new processes, tools and behaviors.
• Provide strategic coaching and thought leadership on Talent Acquisition activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve speed, quality and cost of hiring.
• Own full lifecycle for assigned roles from requirements to onboarding.
• Deliver 15–25 technical and senior-level roles at any given time.
• Coach Hiring Managers and candidates through the proactive sourcing and recruitment process.
