Job summary

Kia Georgia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to plan, coordinate and administer recruitment for managerial, professional, production, and maintenance roles.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, arrange interviews, manage onboarding and relocation programs, and provide staffing metrics and forecasts. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with 5+ years progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and workforce planning tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to hire for salaried and hourly positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using internal talent pipelines and external channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and guide the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews for professional, technical, leadership, and hourly roles.
• Manage candidate workflow from application to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS data, compliance docs, and recruitment metrics.
• Administer relocation programs and liaise with vendors.
• Generate staffing reports and provide hiring forecasts to leadership.
• Support internal career advancement programs.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to improve employment policies and workforce planning.
• Design recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen employer branding.
• Build partnerships with agencies, institutions, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and diversity initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
• Experience building programs to improve process and candidate experience.
