Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using ATS, recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through hiring.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Present qualified candidates to managers and coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Extend offers and support onboarding.
