Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Tampa to own end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated business unit. This hunter role sources, networks, and builds talent pipelines directly, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and driving high-quality hires.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, align with global HR needs, and collaborate with managers on role scoping, interview design, and market realities. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, in-house or agency (preferred both).
• Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers or business leaders.
• Fluent in English; additional regional language a plus depending on market.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and proactive headhunting.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and proactively source passive talent through direct outreach, market mapping, and networking.
• Build and maintain a personal network of talent and industry contacts for ongoing pipeline.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for a dedicated business leader relationship, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, market reality checks, and interview process design.
• Develop hiring manager trust, understand business forecast and align to global needs of the unit.
• Manage external recruitment agency relationships for supplementary sourcing.
