Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or progressive recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum two years total recruitment experience and/or relevant business line experience.
• Strong sales ability, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to function in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach and proven ability to remain diligent on searches.
• Experience with identifying passive job seekers.
• Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers and related software with internet experience.
• Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of talent attraction.
• Work with line managers to develop strategies to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates.
• Proactively source and attract a quality workforce and maintain applicant flow for current and future staffing needs.
• Counsel line managers on compensation packages.
• Negotiate, extend offers and close candidates effectively.
• Adhere to regulations, policies, and data integrity.
