R Poust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Northern New Jersey area, partnering with local leadership to build high-performing teams. You will drive hiring across field and office roles, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and delivering results, with a focus on a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding with local teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong prioritization abilities in dynamic settings.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of field and office roles, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process—from writing job descriptions to extending offers.
• Build strong talent pipelines through hiring events and proactive networking.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and transparency.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless handoff to local teams.
