Logan Health is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to support growth across our organization. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring leaders, and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Communications or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define recruiting strategies and build effective hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using creative and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Develop pipelines for high-demand, specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional, responsive candidate experience.
• Consult with leaders on recruiting trends, candidate availability and market conditions.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate results and adjust strategy.
• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and talent attraction strategies.
• Participate in career fairs, community events and other talent pipeline activities.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing and operational leaders to create a seamless candidate experience.
