Job summary

Rite-Hite seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and recruiting team supporting Service and Installation hiring across the organization. This leader will blend people leadership, workforce planning, talent attraction, and retention to build a skilled technician workforce.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the role partners with Service leadership to meet immediate hiring needs while building scalable talent pipelines for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Experience using recruiting technology, reporting, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technician recruiting strategy aligned with Service objectives, regions, and growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters focused on Service and Installation hiring with clear goals and accountability.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines through trade schools, military recruiting, apprenticeships, and community partnerships.
• Partner with Service, HR, Marketing, Training, and Operations to align workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Create reporting dashboards to measure hiring effectiveness, source performance, retention, and recruiter performance.
