We are rapidly expanding and seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to drive the full lifecycle of hiring across technology and business functions. The role focuses on building scalable recruitment processes, defining interview loops, SLAs and data dashboards to support rapid growth and strategic workforce planning. You will partner with executives to align hiring with business goals and future needs.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to build recruitment processes and TA teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead hiring across technology and business functions (AI/ML, robotics, engineering, sales, marketing).
• Create structured recruitment frameworks, interview loops, SLAs, hiring dashboards, and documentation systems.
