Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across IC, leadership and executive roles.
• Design, improve, or scale recruiting processes and systems.
• Lead confidential searches and advise senior leaders on hiring decisions.
• Structured interviewing, candidate assessment and consistent evaluation practices.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools, automation, or related technologies.
• Proven ability to design AI workflows that automate complex tasks.
• Experience using AI assistants and automation to boost productivity with human oversight.
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence and build trust.
• Knowledge of employment laws and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition across multiple clubs, owning end-to-end hiring.
• Run complex, discreet searches and build trusted relationships with leaders and candidates.
• Define role behaviors with leadership and assess candidates with evidence-based methods.
• Advise executives on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent decisions.
• Maintain consistent, inclusive hiring practices with tools and workflows.
• Lead AI, automation, and recruiting tech to improve effectiveness.
• Establish recruiting metrics and reporting to inform decisions.
• Coach hiring managers and provide guidance on evaluation practices.
• Develop proactive pipelines across clubs, including hard-to-reach talent.
• Mentor Senior HR Generalist and People & Culture partners on best practices.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to align recruiting with compensation and priorities.
• Champion responsible, equitable recruiting with appropriate human oversight.
