Major League Soccer is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of league office functions and levels. You will partner with executives to shape recruitment strategy, manage candidates, and elevate the candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has deep corporate recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach, capable of guiding searches, improving operations, and shaping MLS's talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Senior leader recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience designing recruiting strategies and managing candidate experience.
• Ability to build partnerships with talent providers and associations.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of functions and levels.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate networks and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Partner with hiring teams on sourcing, assessment and onboarding within budget.
• Advise leaders on compensation, interviews, role responsibilities and assessments.
• Enhance recruiting operations and evaluate new technology initiatives.
• Use metrics and data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience that reflects MLS culture.
• Promote inclusive and equitable talent acquisition practices.
• Develop partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Participate in special projects and evaluate interviewing practices.
