Job summary

Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting for our growth initiatives. This on-site role ensures a best-in-class candidate experience and leverages AI-powered sourcing tools to identify top IT talent.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401k with company match, and PTO. Join a fast-paced team that values ownership and innovative hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within IT/technology.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Proven success building talent pipelines and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing and next-generation recruiting tech.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and analytics across various roles.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting metrics to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate hiring needs into compelling job descriptions and ads.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for corporate positions from sourcing to offer.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing to identify and engage talent across digital platforms.
• Conduct Boolean/AI-powered research across networks and public sources.
• Analyze candidate data to build targeted talent pools and map markets.
• Conduct behavioral and competency interviews and provide hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback; communicate throughout the process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and a best-in-class experience.
• Maximize ATS usage to manage pipelines and recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with HR to improve strategies, metrics, and efficiency.
