Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures compliance with all aspects of hiring.
• Develops workforce development and recruiting programs to attract and retain employees.
• Oversees internal and external recruiting efforts for all positions within scope.
• Provides talent advising on processes, procedures, and systems.
