Job summary

The Haskell Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter II to lead complex, high-volume hiring for major projects and regions. You will own advanced sourcing strategies, drive veterans hiring, market partnerships, and referrals to strengthen talent pipelines.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, consult with clients, screen and negotiate offers, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years related experience
• Experience using HR technologies such as ATS and HRIS preferred; PHR/SPHR a plus
• Ability to stay abreast of market conditions and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative search recruiting services including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development and assessment
• Network continuously to identify talent for current openings and future needs
• Develop and execute diversity plans and talent acquisition strategies
• Manage full cycle recruiting: recruit, screen and place staff
• Coordinate advertising efforts in line with staffing requirements across publications, websites, social media and company site
