Abbott is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team, operating within the Global Talent Acquisition organization.

You’ll provide full-cycle recruitment support for corporate functions and partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies. In this role, you will proactively source and evaluate candidates, manage interview debriefs, and drive a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on corporate functions.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
• Strong client relationships and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment support for corporate functions.
• Develop targeted talent strategies using data and market insights.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing plans.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates for finance and accounting.
• Lead interviews, assessments, and recommendation process.
