Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience within a law firm, legal recruiting organization, or professional services environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and leverage data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit exceptional legal talent across strategic practice areas.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer support, onboarding, and integration.
• Build trusted relationships with partners, practice group leaders, internal stakeholders, and search firm partners.
• Develop recruiting programs, processes, and best practices with data-informed metrics.
• Utilize data, AI, technology, and market intelligence to assess recruiting effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
