Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in legal recruiting or professional services talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for lateral attorney population, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Manage lateral hiring initiatives and refine job descriptions, interview structures, and candidate assessments.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and employment laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, practice group leaders, and business services leaders.
• Communicate pipelines, hiring progress, and market trends to internal stakeholders.
