Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, program/portfolio management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and training.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and produce concise, executive-level narratives.
• Experience building scalable enablement solutions and executive comms.
• Experience translating requirements into process, tech, or UX solutions.
• Strong portfolio-management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable TA/TM processes, tools, and experiences for recruiters and leaders.
• Collaborate across HR and leadership to define needs and drive adoption of programs.
• Translate strategies into roadmaps and readiness materials.
• Create centralized templates, playbooks and self-service resources.
• Craft executive narratives that clarify purpose and outcomes.
• Lead initiatives on playbooks, interview processes, and talent tech.
• Build digital enablement experiences using SharePoint, Figma, Airtable, Duda, Smartsheet.
• Develop readiness strategies to navigate change and measure impact.
